XXL ASA’s subsequent offering of 85,714,285 new shares was oversubscribed, with valid subscriptions for 110,580,652 shares received. The offering, priced at NOK 0.70 per share, has been fully allocated, with payment due by subscribers by June 11, 2024. The new shares are expected to commence trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange around June 18, 2024.
