XXL ASA Share Structure Adjustment by Key Insiders

XXL ASA (GB:0R3P) has released an update.

XXL ASA, a prominent Nordic sports retailer, announced that Altor Invest 5 AS and Altor Invest 6 AS, both closely associated with board member Tom Christian Jovik, have requested to convert a combined total of 428,573 non-voting class B shares into the same number of ordinary class A shares. This exchange will not alter XXL’s share capital but will adjust the composition of class A and class B shares. Post-exchange, Altor Invest 5 AS and Altor Invest 6 AS will each hold over 3.3 million ordinary shares and 2.3 million non-voting shares.
