Xtract One Technologies Inc. has upsized its public offering to a potential total of $7.14 million, with each unit priced at $0.51 including a common share and a purchase warrant. The offering, managed by Eight Capital and Echelon Wealth Partners, also includes an over-allotment option of 15% and is slated to close around April 24, 2024, pending regulatory approvals. In addition, the company has agreed to pay the agents a cash commission and issue agents’ warrants as part of the deal.
