Xtra-Gold Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Xtra-Gold Resource (TSE:XTG) has released an update.

Xtra-Gold Resource Corp. announced successful results from its Annual General Meeting, with over 57% of outstanding shares represented. Shareholders voted in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of six directors with overwhelming majority support, and the approval of an amendment to the stock option plan extending the exercise period posthumously.
