XTM Inc. is actively working to file its annual financial documents after a delay due to audit procedures and quality reviews, which has led to a management cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission. While the company’s CEO and CFO are restricted from trading the company’s securities, other shareholders are not affected. XTM is committed to issuing bi-weekly status reports until the issue is resolved and the required documents are filed.
