The transaction has resulted in the Social Proxy operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary with two seats on XTL’s board, as part of a strategic move to diversify and expand the company’s IP asset portfolio. The acquisition is aimed at capitalizing on the high growth AI Web Data market and providing added value to shareholders.
