Xtep International Holdings Limited has announced the impending termination of its share award scheme, which will cease to operate on August 1, 2024, after a decade in effect. To ensure proper administration of the outstanding awarded shares, which are set to vest post-expiration between 2025 and 2027, the company has amended the trust deed to extend the trust period until August 1, 2029. No further awards will be granted under this scheme once it ends.
