Xtep International Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Xtep International Holdings (HK:1368) has released an update.

Xtep International Holdings Limited announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions during their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 23, 2024, as voted by the shareholders. The resolutions included the approval of a Share Purchase Agreement, the declaration of a Special Dividend, and the ratification of the KP Convertible Bonds Documents. The voting, which was conducted by poll, received overwhelming support with a 100% vote in favor for each resolution.
