XtalPi Holdings Limited, formerly known as QuantumPharm Inc., announced the granting of 1.8 million restricted stock units (RSUs) to three independent non-executive directors as part of its Post-IPO RSU Scheme. This move aims to incentivize and retain key contributors to the company’s long-term growth, with vesting periods extending through December 2028. The shares were granted at no purchase price, with the closing price on the grant date recorded at HK$5.55.
