XRF Scientific Limited (AU:XRF) has released an update.

XRF Scientific Limited Director Vance Stazzonelli has increased his direct stake in the company through the acquisition of 21,370 ordinary shares via the dividend reinvestment plan, valued at $31,200. Following this transaction, Stazzonelli holds a total of 821,370 ordinary shares and 617,137 performance rights. The change in the director’s interest was documented in compliance with the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and reported on 27 September 2024.
