XRF Scientific Limited’s director David Brown has sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in an off-market trade for $1,340,000. Brown plans to gift the proceeds to family members to assist with their mortgage payments, and has expressed his intention to retain the remaining shares for the long term. XRF Scientific is a Perth-based company that provides equipment and chemicals to various industries, including mining and construction.
