Xponential Fitness Names Mark King as New CEO

Xponential Fitness (XPOF) just unveiled an announcement.

Xponential Fitness, Inc. has appointed Mark King, a seasoned leader with over four decades of experience in scaling global brands, as its new CEO and Board member effective June 17, 2024. King, notable for his former roles as CEO of Taco Bell and President of Adidas North America, has a robust track record, including a transformative 34-year tenure at TaylorMade. His compensation package includes a base salary of $800,000, potential for up to 100% bonus, and significant stock incentives, alongside a comprehensive severance and indemnification agreement. Concurrently, Brenda Morris will step down from her interim CEO role but continue her substantial involvement with the Board.
