XPON Technologies Group Ltd. (AU:XPN) has released an update.
XPON Technologies Group Limited has announced a change in the interests of Director Matthew Forman, who, through indirect interests in the MABL Family Trust and the Black Oak Super Fund, has acquired 666,666 and 8,566,666 fully paid ordinary shares respectively. These transactions were made at a price of $0.015 per share on 27 June 2024. Forman continues to hold over 104 million shares and nearly 4 million options in the company.
