Xplore Resources Corp. has partnered with Venture Liquidity Providers Inc. to enhance the trading of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, with W.D. Latimer Co. Ltd. managing the process and adhering to market regulations. The agreement, which can be terminated by either party at any time, involves a monthly fee of $5,000 for an initial three-month term, with automatic monthly renewals. This strategic move aims to foster an orderly market for Xplore’s shares, without VLP holding any stake in the company.
