Xplora Technologies AS Proposes DORO AB Acquisition

Xplora Technologies AS (DE:86P) has released an update.

Xplora Technologies AS has announced a public offer to acquire all shares of DORO AB at SEK 34.00 per share and has separately agreed to buy 1,230,000 Doro shares from Kunshan Q Technology International Limited. This separate agreement is conditional upon the absence of a competing offer exceeding the Offer Price by more than 5% before the acceptance period ends. Exemptions have been made for shareholders in China, and financial and legal advisors have been appointed for the acquisition process.
