XORTX Therapeutics Inc. has announced a US$1.5 million registered direct offering and concurrent private placement, selling 810,810 common shares and warrants to institutional investors. The offering, expected to close on October 18, 2024, will provide funds for working capital and general corporate purposes. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is serving as the sole placement agent for this financial initiative.
