XMH Holdings Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending 30 April 2024 on 28 August 2024, with the presence of the Board of Directors, management, auditors, and shareholders. The meeting included a quorum and proceeded with the assistance of the Company Secretary, Mr. Chua Kern, who welcomed attendees and introduced key personnel.
