Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has announced conditional grants of awarded shares to executive Directors Mr. Shen and Mr. Wang, totaling 25,537,500 new shares, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM. Additionally, the company is proposing the termination of its Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, with no options granted since its inception in 2019, to comply with new Listing Rules.
