Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has announced the resignation of its former auditor, Moore CPA Limited, due to a disagreement over audit fees for the upcoming financial year. The company has appointed Elite Partners CPA Limited as the new auditor effective from 2 July 2024, following recommendations from its Audit Committee. The Board assures shareholders that the transition will not materially impact the Group and is aimed at effective cost control and reducing operating expenses.
