Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited has announced significant changes in its senior management, with Mr. Tuen resigning as the company secretary, financial controller, and authorised representative for personal reasons, effective from 1 July 2024. Mr. Chan and Mr. Chu are set to fill the vacated roles, bringing with them extensive experience from their previous positions at Xinyi Solar and other notable firms in the finance sector. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Tuen for his service and looks forward to the contributions of the incoming executives.
