Xingda International Holdings has appointed Mr. Wang Jin, an existing executive director, as the new Chief Financial Officer and Authorized Representative, effective from 3 June 2024. Mr. Wang brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting management and has been with the group since 2004, receiving recognition for his contributions, including a government award in 2020. Additionally, Mr. Wang will also chair the executive and investment and international development committees.
