Xiaomi Corporation announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of standard agenda items such as adopting financial statements, re-electing directors, and setting director remuneration. Additionally, mandates for share repurchase and issuance were approved, with significant support for a 10% share repurchase and a more contested 20% new share issuance mandate.
