XD Inc. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at AGM

XD, Inc. (HK:2400) has released an update.

XD Inc. successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), where all proposed resolutions were passed with overwhelming support, including the re-election of key directors and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company’s auditor. Shareholders granted the board general mandates to issue and buy back shares, and to extend the mandate for issuing new shares by including the repurchased ones, with each mandate receiving strong backing.
