Xander Resources Inc., a North American company specializing in mineral acquisition and exploration, has announced an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Senneville Gold Copper Project located near Val-d’Or, Quebec. Under the agreement with Troubadour Resources Inc., the deal includes the issuance of 5 million common shares and a $2 million work commitment spread over 24 months. The project, situated in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt, comes with existing net-smelter returns royalties to three separate entities.
