Xanadu Mines Ltd has announced promising results from metallurgical testwork on the Kharmagtai Copper-Gold Project in Mongolia, revealing significant efficiency improvements in coarse ore flotation that could enhance overall project economics. The tests, conducted with partner Zijin Mining, showed up to 94% copper and 92% gold recovery, which may lead to reduced power and water usage, increased production rates, and improved environmental sustainability. These developments have the potential to accelerate revenue generation while providing environmental benefits through better tailings management.
