X5 Retail Group Faces Depositary Resignation

X5 Retail Group (GB:FIVE) has released an update.

The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) has announced its resignation as depositary for X5 Retail Group’s Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) program, effective once a successor is appointed or by 18 December 2024, if no successor is found. X5 Retail Group is actively working to mitigate the impact of this decision on its shareholders and DR holders, ensuring their interests remain protected amid the recent corporate changes and the evolving situation in Russia.
