In a recent update, X2M Connect Limited reported a change in the interests of its director, Damien Johnston. The change, dated September 17, 2024, reflects an increase in Johnston’s holdings by 225,000 ordinary fully paid shares, post the acceptance of a rights issue. The company also noted the lapse of 48,046 listed options due to expiry, with Johnston now holding over a million ordinary shares and other option interests.
