WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held on June 12, 2024, in Wuxi City, China, where they will discuss the 2023 financial statements, re-elect executive directors, and consider the adoption of the 2024 Share Scheme. Shareholders will be asked to authorize the board to set director remuneration and reappoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditors. The meeting will also cover the approval and adoption of share issuance under the 2024 Share Scheme, subject to regulatory approval.
