WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. is proposing amendments to align its current memorandum and articles of association with the new Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which advocate for electronic dissemination of corporate communications. The proposed changes will update the company’s existing articles to facilitate electronic distribution methods in accordance with the amended rules effective from December 31, 2023. This move by the board of directors represents an effort to modernize corporate communication practices.
