WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2359) has released an update.
WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 9.8974 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, approved by shareholders on 12 June 2024. Shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 10.87 per 10 shares, with payment due on 5 July 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied for non-resident enterprise shareholders and a 20% tax for domestic individual investors through Stock Connect.
