WT Financial Group Limited has announced an off-market transfer resulting in a change of Director Christos Kelesis’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 3,400,000 ordinary fully paid shares. The transfer, attributed to a deceased estate, has increased Kelesis’s indirect shareholdings to 25,338,646, without any monetary consideration reported. There was no disposal of shares and no changes in director’s interests in contracts, with the transactions not occurring during a closed period.
