WSP Global Inc. has launched a private offering of senior unsecured notes to raise $1 billion, aimed at partially funding the acquisition of Power Engineers, Incorporated. The offering consists of two sets of notes, with $525 million at 4.12% due 2029 and $475 million at 4.754% due 2034, both sets paying semi-annual interest. The proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes or to repay existing debt if the acquisition doesn’t close.
