Wrkr Ltd Substantial Holder’s Voting Power Diluted

Wrkr Ltd (AU:WRK) has released an update.

Giuseppe Brasacchio and GJB Consulting Pty Limited, substantial holders in Wrkr Ltd, have experienced a decrease in their voting power from 20.4% to 15.569% due to dilution following the issue of new ordinary shares and the conversion of convertible notes. The change occurred on August 23, 2024, without any consideration exchanged for this dilution, and maintains their direct holding of 259,633,868 ordinary shares through the Giuseppe and Francy Brasacchio Family Trust.
