Scot Cohen, already serving as Wrap Technologies, Inc.’s Executive Chairman and CEO, has taken on additional roles as Interim Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. This expansion of his duties is effective immediately, and he will continue under his current Employment Agreement.
