WPP plc successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 8, 2024, with all resolutions proposed in the Notice of AGM being passed. The results, available on the company’s website, showcased strong shareholder support with significant majority votes in favor of each resolution, including the election and re-election of directors and the approval of the annual report and accounts.
