WPP plc has announced the issuance of Executive Share Awards to top executives, with a two-year vesting period, as part of their 2023 annual bonus. Executive Director Mark Read received 63,469 shares, CFO Joanne Wilson 23,519 shares, and COO Andrew Scott 29,460 shares, all subject to continued employment and additional holding periods. The awards align with WPP’s Directors’ Compensation Policy, backed by shareholders, and aim to incentivize long-term value creation for the company.
