WOTSO Director Increases Stake On-Market

WOTSO Property (AU:WOT) has released an update.

WOTSO Property has announced a change in the interests of director Paul Tresidder, following an on-market acquisition of 3,271 ordinary securities at $2,943.90. This transaction, dated 24 June 2024, has increased Tresidder’s indirect interest in the company to 24,833,578 securities through Alerik Pty Limited. These changes to director’s interests are reported under the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2.
