Worley Limited has disclosed a change in Director Robert Christopher Ashton’s interests, which resulted in an acquisition of 81,397 fully paid ordinary shares and a disposition of 32,457 performance rights and 101,743 deferred equity rights. The changes occurred following the vesting and automatic exercise of deferred equity rights as part of the company’s Performance Rights Plan, with the shares issued for nil consideration. Post-change, Ashton holds 318,891 ordinary shares, 473,736 performance rights, and 252,289 deferred equity rights.
