Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 347,613 of its own shares at 354.00 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. This buyback leaves the company with 72,988,156 shares in treasury and a total of 601,665,200 shares issued, resulting in 528,677,044 total voting rights. Shareholders can use this latest figure to assess changes in their stake relative to the company’s total voting rights.
