Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 503,828 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 360.76 pence per share, which will subsequently be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company has informed the market of the updated number of total ordinary shares in issue and the voting rights available. Shareholders can use the new total voting rights figure to assess their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
