Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 591,365 of its own shares at a price of 351.69 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This buyback is part of a larger authorization to purchase up to 90,189,613 shares, following which the company’s total issued share capital consists of 601,665,200 shares with 538,029,034 voting rights.
