Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 739,946 of its own ordinary shares at 355.47 pence per share, which will now be held in treasury. This move follows the authority granted at the company’s last Annual General Meeting and brings the total number of voting rights in the company to 531,888,415. Shareholders may use this latest figure as the denominator for any notifications of interest changes required by the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
