Worldwide Healthcare Trust Plc Gbp (GB:WWH) has released an update.
Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 587,112 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 354.82 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 601,665,200, with a new total of voting rights amounting to 538,620,399. This buyback is part of a previously approved plan to purchase up to 90,189,613 of its own shares.
