Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 877,411 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 359.39 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company is now 530,419,901. This move is part of a share buyback program authorized at the last Annual General Meeting.
