Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 597,421 of its own Ordinary shares at 357.70 pence each, which will be held in treasury. After this transaction, the company has a total of 601,665,200 shares in issue and 533,212,981 total voting rights. Shareholders can use the updated total voting rights figure to assess their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
