Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 879,416 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 350.31 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This latest transaction adjusts the total number of voting rights to 537,149,618, a figure that shareholders can use for disclosure calculations as per the FCA’s rules. The buyback is part of a share repurchase program authorized at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 18 July 2023.
