Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 1,454,061 of its own shares at 352.47 pence each, as part of a buyback authorized at its last AGM. The purchased shares will be held in treasury, resulting in a total of 533,810,402 voting rights in the company. Shareholders may use this number to assess changes in their percentage holdings under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
