Workspace Group plc R.E.I.T. (GB:WKP) has released an update.
Workspace Group PLC, a preeminent provider of flexible workspaces in London, has announced an application for the admission of 876,354 ordinary shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares are set to be issued under employee share schemes and will rank equally with the existing shares upon issue. The expected effective date for the shares’ admission is 18 September 2024, at approximately 8.00 am UK time.
