Workhorse Group Refocuses on EV Trucks, Divests Aero Unit

The latest update is out from Workhorse Group (WKHS).

On June 12, 2024, a company announced its strategic move to divest its Aero business, which is expected to save $375,000 monthly and allow a sharper focus on its commercial electric vehicle truck operations. Additionally, the deal includes an earn-out provision, potentially yielding further proceeds from the Aero business based on future revenues. The company is also collaborating with Kingsburg Truck Sales to strengthen its market position.
