Christa Davies has stepped down from Workday, Inc.’s Board of Directors and its Audit Committee, with Mark J. Hawkins taking over as the Audit Committee Chair. Her resignation was not due to any disagreements or issues with the company’s operations or management. Workday expressed appreciation for Davies’ contributions during her tenure.
